Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is available to all registered customers on our website who are eligible to receive bonuses.
2. This promotion is valid from 01/08/2025 at 12:00 A.M. UTC until 01/08/2026 at 11:59 P.M. UTC and may be terminated at any time at the Administrative Team's discretion.
3. In order to participate in this promotion, the player must place a successful single LIVE or Pre-Match bet in the Sports section on any "The Basement Boys" match in Counter-Strike 2 with odds of no less than 1.50. All bets must be settled.
4. The minimum qualifying bet is 15 CAD (or currency equivalent).
5. If the first qualifying bet of the day is settled as LOST, a player will get a 100% stakeback as Freebet up to 150 CAD (or currency equivalent).
6. Once the qualifying bet is settled and if the conditions are fulfilled, the player can request the reward via Live Chat or E-mail: support@lunubet.com.
7. This Promotion can be claimed only ONCE during the calendar week (Sunday 12:00 A.M. UTC - Sunday 11:59 P.M. UTC) for a match involving "The Basement Boys".
8. A Freebet must be used within 3 days from the moment it has been received. The player must complete the wagering requirements of the winnings within 30 days from the moment a Freebet has been activated.
9. Any active withdrawal requests before receiving the bonus will void any bonus eligibility.
10. Freebets will be valid only in the Sports and Virtual Sports sections. They will not be available for other sections (Casino, Live Casino etc).
11. A Freebet must be used once by betting the full amount. Winnings from a Freebet will be credited to the player's real balance. The player needs to wager the winnings amount at least 3x (three) with odds of 1.50 before they can request to withdraw funds.
12. The Administrative Team reserves the right to refuse to provide a bonus to the player without giving reasons and prior notification. In case of dispute, the decision of the Administrative Team will be considered final and non-negotiable.
